When customers use TPS75003 as the power supply of the FPGA, the output current is 3A, SOT-23 is needed, and the Id current exceeds 3A PMOS. Recently, it was found that the external PMOS SI2323DS-T1-E3 recommended by TI has a delivery period of 51 weeks. It is difficult to buy it. I wonder if there are any other SOT-23 packaged PMOS chips that can be recommended. Thank you very much.
