May i have your help to get the maximum Vds rating for minus voltage? the datasheet on denote it for positive.

Hello Henry,

Thanks for the question. We do not spec negative Vds rating for the CSD19531Q5A because MOSFETs inherently have a body diode from drain-source. If you apply a negative Vds, the body diode will be forward biased and conduct current.
