Hi Eric,

Since this is an older device, the standard thermal parameters that you see in our current datasheets was not included at that time.

If I were to look at package similar to the TPS23757 with a similar dissipation ratings, I get the below:

ThetaJC top = 24.8

ThetaJB = 39.5

Since this is an older part, I would recommend looking at our newer designs using the TPS23755 and TPS23758. If thermal is a concern, we typically take thermal images of our EVMs to verify optimized thermal performance.
