UCC21225A: UCC21225A

Part Number: UCC21225A

At present, in the process of using UCC21225A, we find that under some conditions, the output driving waveform of driving IC is missing.

At present, we have checked enable and Vcc of IC and found no abnormality

CH1 is an IC input driver and CH2 is a pipe driver. Give me some advice?thank you!

  • Hello Eagle,

It sounds like your high-side VDD-VSS could be dropping below the UVLO falling threshold, but I need to know more in order to properly help you.

Does this happen cycle to cycle, or only on particular cycles?

Can you please give me some more details about your project?

    Topology? Schematic? Layout?

Does this happen at steady state or during start-up/transient conditions?

    Gate drive voltage?

    FET type/part number?

How do you generate your high side bias (bootstrap, isolated supply)?

More scope shots would also be good, showing low-side gate drive voltage, switch node, and high side VDD-VSS if possible.

    Thanks and best regards,

    John

  • thank you very much!

hat is, after a certain load, such as light load is good, and then slowly increase the load, to a certain value, plus 1A will appear the following phenomenon. And they can all be reproduced.

Schematic, pcb, etc. are sent to you by email, thanks!

  • Hi Jun,

I'm going to mark this as answered and continue to support you over our email conversation.

    Thanks and bets regards,
