Hi Team,

TI TPS22963CYZPR has a much higher quiescent current than Onsemi NCP339AFCT2G

Does TI have part that pin to pin with NCP339 with same quiescent current?

    Hi Shlomi,

    The only P2P option we have similar to the TPS22963C is the TPS22922, and this device has lower quiescent current.

    Can you help me understand the application? Why is low quiescent current needed? If the load is low powered, can we go with a higher on-resistance solution with lower leakage?
