Team,
I need to boost 5.0 (or 3.3) to 6.6V. The output current requirement is .2A max, but the parts I’m considering are in the .35 to .5A range. Size and efficiency are the primary constraints. The only TI part I looked at was the LM2622 and it’s a pretty big footprint and high quiescent current comparatively speaking.
Please let me know the best family(ies) for this.
