Dear, Sir.
My customer is applying LM5175 for Super Capacitor charging, so they are
utilizing CCCV function.
They are cos\dering the cost down system to change from LM5175 to others.
I found LM25085 looks having CCCV function because the target application
is Super Capacitor Charger & there is a Application Report, SNVA486A.
They are expecting following spec.
- Vin : 21 ~ 24v
- Voutmax : 18.5V
- Iout : 4.5A
I would like to make sure following at this time. Please give your advice.
1. I wonder LM25085 will be suitable to realize CCCV function?
2. I am not sure how to design using LM25085 for CCCV realization.
Please let me know the design steps how to design for the realization.
