The max input current is 3A of my design , can i use CSD87333Q3D as the switch MOS ?

Hello,
You may compare the static and dynamic characteristics of the Power Block you chose, CSD87333Q3D versus the MOSFETs we use on our EVM, CSD17551Q3A.
I don't expect a significant impact on the behavior of the controller using this Power Block. I will note however that the increased Series Gate Resistance of these FETs is twice as large as our EVM's MOSFETs, which will mean slower turn on and turn off times. This will likely lead to a reduced efficiency measurement from that on the datasheet, which was based on our EVM.
Other than that, all other characteristics of the power block are fairly similar to the EVM power stage.
The main considerations are avoiding very large Qg, Rdson, Ciss, Qgd, and Vgs(th). These will all play a role in how fast the MOSFET can be turn'ed fully on and to what resistance level they can be turned on too. Use the EVM MOSFETs as a reference point.
