could you please tell me, whether if the problem as described in the document "SLUA275: UCC3895 OUTC/OUTD Asymmetric Duty Cycle Operation" is still occure in the version UCC28950?

Hello David

The UCC28950 and the newer UCC28951 have a completely different internal design to that used on the UCC3895. The UCC28950 and UCC28951 drop into a burst mode when the Ton time drops below a certain user settable level (TMIN pin) and this means that the newer devices will never have to operate at the very narrow duty cycles which caused the problem on the UCC3895.
