TPS54627: SW node rising edge drop

Hi, team,

I use TPS54627 for input 12V, output 1.2V.

I find that there's a voltage drop of the rising edge of SW node. What I want to know is:

（1）why does this voltage drop occur?

（2）what influences will it cause for my system?

Hi Kelly,

the rising edge behavior depends on the internal driver and parasitic inductance. Don't worry, it's fine and not affect your system

Thanks a lot for your answer.

I have tested other case and found that only 12V to 1.2V has this voltage drop. So does this relate to input and output voltage or even output current? and why?
