I am designing TPS54618-Q1 into an application. I wonder if two TPS54618-Q1 can do load sharing. If yes, how to do the load sharing? Will the following work?

Unfortunately TPS45618-Q1 is not designed for current sharing, You certainly cannot just tie two outputs together. In 2010 I wrote an application note about parallel operation for a similar device, TPS54620. You can find it here:
It was a finicky design and the current sharing accuracy will depend on how closely the power stage transconductance is matched. I believe the tolerance is around 30%. I really can't say that I would recommend that approach if you need close matching in a production environment. If you are building a few and can match the TPS54618-Q1, then it should work.
