Is there spec about UCC27200 output pull down and pull low resistance like the specs shown in UCC27714 (RL max 1.45-ohm and RH max 5.8-ohm)?

    Hello Ting,

    I am an applications engineer with the High Power Drivers group and will address your questions.

    The UCC27200 has parameters specified in the table that show the driver output voltage when the output is sourcing or sinking a 100mA current. The driver resistance can be determined by this voltage x 10 which will be the driver pull up or pull down resistance.

    See the output voltage specifications in the attached file.

    The pull down resistance is the low level output voltage x 10 which is 1.8 Ohms typical and 4 Ohms maximum. The pull up resistance is 2.5 Ohms typical and 4.2 Ohms maximum with the 140 deg C temperature range.
