LM43600-Q1: Power input and power output

At the moment, I am trying to use a DC-DC converter to lower my voltage and boost my current. I have a power supply of 15 V with a maximum of 300 mA. What would the new maximum current that I can output if the voltage output is lowered to 10 V ? Would the power at the output be the same as the input if I don't account for losses?
