TPS2552: The difference of load switch and Power Distribution Switches

Dears,

    Could you tell me the difference of load switch and Power Distribution Switches ? For example,  load switch=TPS22919,     Power distribution switches=TPS2552.

I don't know when to select load switch and when to select  Power Distribution Switches.

    Hi,

    I checked the datasheet of TPS22919. And find the major difference is the current limit behavior.

    For power switch, it usually used in USB port protection. I am not sure about load switch as it belongs to other product line.

    For the load switch application scenario, you can post another Q&A named TPS22919 on E2E.
