TPS2120: TPS2120 Soft Start Control disable

Hello team,

My customer has a question about TPS2120  Soft Start Control(CSS). He are considering to control TPS2120 input manually using  PR1 and SEL pin. And he would like to switch the input very fast, so he would like to set Soft Start Control is disable. Is it possible? If yes, would you please advise how we should use TPS2120?

    Thank you for reaching out to the E2E forum!

    In order to give you the best advise on how to use the TPS2120 I do have a couple questions on the functionality that the customers are trying to achieve:

    • Are they trying to have a fast switchover time between IN1 and IN2?
    • What is the desired switchover time between inputs?
    • Would they be using a micro controller to manually change between inputs?
