what's the difference between UA78M05QDCYRG4Q1 and UA78M05QDCYRQ1? Find no related info in the datasheet.

    Hello Lucas,

    There is no difference (at least any longer). The different part numbers are the result of the Green Conversion that took place in the 2000's. At that time, only the orderable part number with the 'G4' was initially considered a Green component. However, since then, most other orderable part numbers were converted to Green status. For all intents and purposes, these parts are the same now.
