TLV705: Output accuracy curve

Part Number: TLV705

Hi Team,

1. Is there any measurement data or curve about Tj to output accuracy?

2. I found the most related curve is figure6 in datasheet, but does TI has the same curve in 3.6Vout?

3. If not, then how can I expect the deviation compare with figure6?

Thank you very much.

C.T.

  • Hi C.T,

    1. Is there any measurement data or curve about Tj to output accuracy?

Yes, Figure 6 is the one you should be looking at.

    2. I found the most related curve is figure6 in datasheet, but does TI has the same curve in 3.6Vout?

For this device, datasheet only has the 1.8V output.

    3. If not, then how can I expect the deviation compare with figure6?

TLV705 is only available for fixed options. But internally the different output voltage is just a different gain set by the internal resistors from the same internal reference voltage. The accuracy deviation across the temperature is mainly on the reference voltage. For example, the reference voltage of this device is around 0.7V, and to get 3.6V, it's a gain of 2 from 1.8V.  If there is a 1mV shift due to reference voltage on the 1.8V version, the shift will become 2mV. So you could use Figure 6 to get an idea how the 3.6V should perform.

  • Hi Jason,

    Understand, thank you very much.

    Best regards,
