Hello,

I've been looking for the Pspice model of CSD17579Q5A, however, it seems that we have none both in its product page and spice rack.

I've noticed that CSD17579Q3A is somewhat similar to this device. It does have a PSpice model available, and I was wondering if the characteristics will be the same with CSD17579Q5A if it had a PSpice model. Can CSD17579Q3A spice model be used?

Hello Elisha,

Thanks for the inquiry. The CSD17479Q5A and CSD1759Q3A use the same silicon die. You can use the same PSpice model for both devices.
