Hello team, I'm currently working on a Mppt charger project and the BQ76920 is going to monitor and balance the battery pack. I need to provide the I2C communicaion with the microcontroller. In its datasheet, the maximum fall and rise time for SDA and SCL signals is provided as "0.40". I suppose its units are "microseconds", however I need to be sure about that. So my question is: What is the maximum allowed value for falling and rising time of I2C communication for BQ76920?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks
Hi Di,
Yes, the units for fall time should be in microseconds. Sorry about the confusion.
I will make sure this gets corrected in the datasheet. See this older thread for more info: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management/f/196/t/655545
Best regards,
