BQ78350-R1: C Driver for the 78350?

We do not have a driver example for this device. You might be able to find a good example from other users on sites like Github. Here is the link to example code for the BQ40Z50 which also uses SMBus. Hopefully this will be helpful. github.com/.../bq40z50

The E2 E4 components in the schematic are spark gaps. This is a layout feature, so there is no component to install.
