HI,

I need use only one buck and LDO channel of LM26480SQ, and I want to disable unused ones by connecting ENSW2 and ENLDO2 to GND.

in this way will npor go high when the output of the buck1 will be exact and will not take into consideration the buck2?

or will it always be at 0?

Hi Guiseppe,

The nPOR circuit in Figure 24 of the datasheet shows the logic dependencies from the ENSW1 and ENSW2 signals. If one is connected to GND it will still operate properly.

Hi,

can I use TPS65321A-Q1 instead of LM26480SQ that it has only two channel?

Has the nRST pin the same function of nPOR pin?

Hi Giuseppe,

Yes, as long as the regulators can support the load currents. The nPOR on the LM26480 only monitors the buck regulators, and nRST on the TPS65321A only monitors the buck regulator, so the pins will function very similarly.
