CSD17303Q5: MOSFET step files for: CSD17303Q5, CSD17573Q5BT, CSD17306Q5A and CSD18511Q5A

I apologize. It appears that there is not a 3D model for the Q5B package. I'll check with the packaging team to see if they can provide one. I checked the mechanical drawings in the datasheet. There is not much difference between the Q5 package and the Q5B package. The biggest difference is the tolerance of the package height. The Q5 package height is specified as 0.95mm min to 1.05mm max whereas the Q5B is 0.80mm min to 1.05mm max. The x-y dimensions of the package outline are the same for both the Q5 and Q5B packages. There are some differences in the thermal pad size as shown in the attached document. I think you should be able to use the Q5, 3D model for the Q5B package in the interim. Let me know if this works for your purposes.

John, thanks.  I will try the Q5 package placed on a Q5B footprint in the interim.  Please continue to pursue the Q5B step file for me and send it when it's available.

I submitted a request to get the 3D STEP model created for the CSD17573Q5B in the Q5B package. It will take 3 - 4 days to complete and should be ready end of this week or early next week. I'll let you know when it's available.

I haven't forgotten about you. I received a response from the CAD librarian that the footprint and symbol already exist. However, you don't need the footprint or symbol but the 3D STEP model. I've got another email into them to get this for you. Hopefully, you've been able to use the Q5 model in the interim.

I have the Q5 3D step file stuck on there for now.  I will await the Q5B step file when you're able to send it.
