ATL431: Vref Accuracy

Part Number: ATL431

Hi,

I'm considering Vref accuracy as below on typical condition and -40℃~85℃.

Is my understanding correct?

I would like to know if VI(dev) is absolute value or positive value.

Best Regards,

Kuramochi

  • Kuramochi-san,

Please observe this paragraph below, this better highlights the variation across temperature and what goes into this.

In addition, I want to highlight our ATL431LI here, this device allows for even better accuracy of Vref and should offer improvements everywhere else. if you are still in the design phase, this is an improvement worth looking at.

    Thanks,

    Abhinav.

  • Abhinav-san,

    Thank your for your support.

Sorry, I can't understand how to read above graph...

Though I would like to know guaranteed accuracy on worst case(dispersion and temperature), how can I calculate?

In the case of ATL431LIA,are following equation correct?

    ・Top side: 2525mV+17mV=2542mV

    ・Down side: 2475mV-17mV=2458mV

    Best Regards,

    Kuramochi

  • Kuramochi-san,

The specs listed for Vref are at recommended operating conditions of 25 C. For the whole deviation over range the max of 17 mV includes the whole deviation from Vref(min) to Vref(max). This means that the worst case theoretically over temp would be 2475 mV - 17 mV and 2525 mV + 17 mV.

    Thanks,
    Abhinav.
