We are now using "TPS51200MDRCTEP" IC in our design. Will this IC support DDR3L supply voltage of 1.35V?

I am in doubt as the datasheet does not recommend this IC for DDR3L interface. But I found out that DDR3L is supported for the industrial version of TPS51200 (TPS51200QDRCRQ1).

Hey Abhijit,

It does not directly support DDR3L, but does support DDR3 and LP DDR3.

It can go lower than 1.35 V to 1.2 V thus I would expect it to work, especially since the REFIN is explicitly said to work with input voltages from 0.5 to 1.8 V

Hi Daniel,

Yes, I did see the voltage input range as well. But as our budget is tight we cannot go for the previous voltage regulator in case this fails. Can I get confirmation from some other source?
