    But it's just for reference.

    The thermal resistance is depending on layout which vary a lot.

    However, our customer is looking specifically for the "Theta JC" of the TPS2023D. Do you have typical values for RθJC? We would appreciate if you could provide this information.

    Hi Cedrick,

    I don't have the parameters.

    The thermal resistor is just for reference according to JEDEC standard and just for reference. You can't use the reference parameters to calculate the thermal rising. 

    The real thermal resistor should have a test. If you really care about this parameters, you can submit a ticket to let the thermal team to have a test.

    The PCB layout influence a lot about the thermal parameters.
