TPS92641: SDIM

Hi team,

I have a question about the SDIM-pin.

According to the 7.2 Functional Block Diagram in the d/s, SDIM is pulled up to VDD. Is the VDD internal power? If so, could you tell me the specification(voltage, current) of the VDD?

Hi Yamaguchi-san,

VDD is just an internal pull up voltage that is used with RSDIM (90K nominal) to internally pull up the SDIM input to a logic level high if left open. It's an internal voltage so we do not specify it in the data sheet.

As I mentioned we do not specify this and so we will not be giving that out unless there is a legitimate reason.
