Hello Bruce,

ESD is performed per JS-100. We do not have a FTB and EMI qualified board for this part.

Hello Bruce,

At the time this part was developed, EVMs were not certified using system level standards. This device has passed standard IC level specifications such as ESD, latch-up, and standard reliability tests.
