Dear Sir or Madam:
I use the bq40z50-r1 to make the 2S pack. My pack is 2S5P. I set the parameter of bq40z50-r1 according to the datasheet. Last year, they run normaly.But recently , in my production,I found the parameter“Term Voltage”changed. I set “Term voltage”to "6000mV "in the first .But ,it changed to"-2560mV".
In my application ,I made 100 packs, I find 40 of them ,this parament changed,from”6000mV”to”-2560mV”
The silk-sreen in the chip is:”BQ40Z50 TI791 AR44”.
Please help me analayze this problem.Thank you!
