    How were the R1021, R1025 and C1916, C1914, C1917 were calculated?

    The values do not seem to match the design. Typically, the R1021 resistor value is lower than R1022 resistor value.

     You can use the equations in the datasheet and the following app note to calculate the value.

    From the schematic, I can not tell how the converter will be layout.  The layout of the dc/dc is important, read through PCB layout techniques for best practices.

     C1902 change to 4.7uF 10V X5R

    C1902 ground pad should connect to Pin 15 of 53211

     

    Change C1901 to 2.2uF/10V X5R

    C1902 ground pad should connect to Pin 15 of 53211

    Add Zero Ohm in series with C1900 Boot capacitor

     Change C1913 from 0.22uF to 0.12uF since the inductor is 1.5uH with 1.6mOhm resistance
