Hi team,
My customer would like to use TPS3838 because of its low power consumption and now they are evaluating the thermal resistance. I heard that its SON package will add roughly 20~35% more thermal resistance than DBV thermal resistance, is it right? I saw TPS3808 also has DBV and SON package, but the SON thermal resistance is smaller than DBV thermal resistance because of its thermal pad. Could you please help to provide the thermal resistance info and double check the above conflict? Thanks a lot!
