Is there any half bridge FET driver for boost converter (PWM from microcontroller, around 1Mhz) or can i use synchronous buck FET driver like TPS51604 for a boost switching by altering schematics in datasheet?
Half bridge drivers with high voltage are there, but my application is 5V to 30V converter(Using logic level MOSFET), so VCC range need to be below 5V.
