TPS62821: DCS Control AC Response Calculations

Are there any app notes with calculations that model the AC response for DCS control converters? I have a customer that wants to do some hand calculations for TPS62821, beyond the TINA simulation.

Hi Alfonso,

Thanks for the info. However, I don't believe the info in these app notes can be used to model the AC response of a DCS converter, unless I am missing something. I believe they are looking for something like this: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slvae09a/slvae09a.pdf

I didn' t find a documentation for DCS similar to what you show me. I can support you on the theory behind dcs according to customer's question on specific product.

Hello,

I don't have this equation. You can use webench to simulate the load transient for this device and from the sovraelongation see the related phase margin.
