My Customer wants to perform thermal analysis for the device LM21212-2. They need to require the information θjc(junction to case thermal resistance) and θjb(junction to board thermal resistance) of above the part. I've tried to search in these data unfortunately, this is not mentioned in the datasheet. Please let me know if we can provide this information.
