Difference between CD40107BF and CD40107BF3A

Hello,

Can you tell me what the difference between the CD40107BF and CD40107BF3A is? There must be some difference because the parts are identified differently. Also, is there a more detailed data sheet available for these parts? The one I obtain on-line only has about two pages of spec information.

Hi Ron,

The difference is the Mil Spec rating. Are you trying to get the high reliability version or are you just looking for a commercial version. The datasheets on the web are all we have to offer.
