Hi TI-team

The default setting of Vout1 is 1V, but the customer setting is 1.1V, so I want to change it.

From what timing can register be changed ?

Will the written register disappear when the power is turned off ?

Hello Hayashi-san,

You can change the BUCK1_VOUT register (0x0C) data to 0x61 to get 1.1V out from BUCK1. The value can be changed 1.2ms after VANA and NRST are set high. It can be changed when BUCK1 is enabled and running as well.

New data will be in volatile memory, so it will be back to default 1V when device is powered off.

I understand that it is best to write to the register before EN = High after applying power.

Is it possible to write a register during soft start of other Bucks ?

Hello Hayashi-san,

Yes it is possible to write the registers during buck startup. Only requirement is really that the VANA and NRST has been high for 1.2ms to make sure then internal startup (oscillator, OTP read etc) has been completed.
