ULN2003LV: typical drop

Hi

I need typical drop for Vin=3.3V, Iout=100mA.

Table 6.5 electrical characteristic says 0,36V for Tj=25deg.C, but figure 3 shows about 0,23V for Ta=25deg.C

If Ta=25deg.C Tj is even higher, but drop is lower than for Tj=25deg.C, which makes no sense. What's true?

    Hi Bogumil,

    Please use the data in the electrical characteristics table. Ti does not spec a minimum for this value due to process variation.

    For your power dissipation and thermal considerations, please use the tabulated data presented.
