I want ask a question，I used TPS54326 in design and actual work in 1.2V voltage/0.2A current, so the power IC continue to work Eco-mode. if the IC work in Eco-mode for long time is there any problem？like unstability、voltage drop？

As you know, TPS54326 works in Eco-mode at light loading, the operating frequency will change with loading.

So I think the jitter is caused by loading changing, it is correct, no problem.

BTW, the soft start capacitor(1nF) is too small, recommend changing it to 3.3nF which will set soft start time to ~1.26mS.
