Dear Sir,
I use TPS62175 to desing a 12Vin to 3.3V/0.5A DC-DC Converter.
Initial I found switching frequency can't up to 1MHz(arround 820KHz) during Io=300mA.
I modify layout change VOS loop from near inductance to output cap.(C1401) then switching freq. can up to 1MHz.
Why Io=300mA can't up to 1MHz(I saw datasheet page19 fig-27 Freq=1MHz) but change Vos loop can be up 1MHz.
Please you kindly review & advise.
