My customer has some question about TPS2511-Q1

1. What does internal GND mean at FUNCTIONAL BLOCK DIAGRAM of datasheet p.6

2. Why is connected internal GND and internal FET gate

    Hi ,

    This is not the FET gate to GND , this is the internal FET body diode connect to GND. In case of the tps2511 be disable the FET can  completed be turn off . The revers current can't be come from OUT to IN through the FET internal body diode.
