LMR23625-Q1: Short/Open on NC and VCC to adjacent pins or GND

Hello,

My customer was wondering what would happen on LMR23625-Q1 in WSON(12 pin package) at the following conditions.  Would you please tell me what would happen or if it might be damaged?

1. NC(#11) short to VIN(#10)

2. NC(#11) short to PGND(#12)

3. VCC(#4) short to GND

4. VCC(#4) open

    Hi Yoshikazu,

    See my comment below:

    1. NC(#11) short to VIN(#10)--------no impact on device function, but pay attention on creepage between Pin11 and Pin12

    2. NC(#11) short to PGND(#12)-------no impact on device function, but pay attention on creepage between Pin11 and Pin10

    3. VCC(#4) short to GND---------Chip stop operation without VCC voltage, 

    4. VCC(#4) open-------chip has malfunction without  clean and stable VCC voltage bypassing with VCC capacitor.
