LM4140: operation below zero temperature

Is there any data how LM4140 performs under 0 C? The exact temperature I'm interested in is -15C.

Hi Juha,

I cannot recommend to use the LM4140 outside its recommended temperature operating range. If you need a precision reference that can be used at -15C i would recommend the REF50 family.
