Please heip to suggest LED driver solution and spec as below :
Vin : 90 ~ 264Vac
Vout : 6 ~ 36Vdc
Iout : 0.35A_Constant Current. ( ±5%)
Target Topology ： single stage both PSR or SSR is ok.

Please look at out M3445 to see if it works for your application. We do not have a reference design for the range you are asking for.

How about PSR Flyback + TPS92513 ?

If LM3445 no reference design can reference .

What you mentioned is feasible. Again we do not have reference design for LM3445 doing what you need.
