I am working on getting you the mass of the part.

The Theta JC is 38.1

Can you explain what you meant by Heat sinking side?

Thanks for the response Daniel. I wanted to know what side Theta JC is measured from, the top side of the package or the bottom (board side)?

I am actually able to give both Theta JC.

Theta JC TOP is 38.1

Theta JC BOTTOM is 3.8
