we have Eval board for the LM5088

the actual PCB shows that some of the via holes are Plugged with copper and some are not - what is the reason for this?

Can you point out the detailed via , cause some point is test point instead of via.

see attached highlighted vias in red - these seem to be filled vias

Whats the reason why some are filled and some are not?

Hi Alan:

thank you for point out, I check orignal EVM picture on the web, it is small via for signal. I think it may different of inner and outer diammeter too small so that the PCB factory can't control the tolerance of these VIAs.
