I want to do estimation for deadtime about secondary side full-synchronous at forward topology used two UCC24610s. Does TI know how to calculate?

The dead time needs to be long enough to guarantee that no shoot thru event occurs.
For UCC24610, TSDLY, which is the SYNC propagation delay from SYNC falling to GATE falling 10% is specified to be 60 ns abs max. You will need to include worse case delay that the sensing circuit that goes to the SYNC pin causes. These two delays added up determine what the minimum dead time should be to insure that shoot thru does not occur.
