In my customer's project, I found the two units of TPS84A20's output shut down then recover intermittently. The interval between shutdown and recovery is always about 24ms. It doesn't look like thermal shutdown. I'm looking for someone who is familiar with the internal circuit. What kind of fault or protection could lead to this 24ms shutdown? This will help me to find the root cause.
