BQ20Z60-R1: abnormal 'ICC' flag

Part Number: BQ20Z60-R1

Dear TI Engineer,

My customer found 'ICC' flag was fixed to 0 in some BQ20z60 chips other than 1 which is shown on TRM manual.

Some devices of 'ICC fix to 0' would occasionally lost communication with host, and might recover after recharging the battery.

In comparison, normal BQ20z60 chips with 'ICC fix to 1' don't have such problem and work normally all the time.

Could you kindly give some advice on this case? Thanks.

ICC— This flag indicates whether the internal charge controller function is supported or not. This value is fixed to 1.
