As RD feedback , UCC28180EVM-573 PF abnormal issue and EVM with huge noise.

Please help to confirm , thanks.

1. 115Vac PF below 0.9

2. 230Vac PF below 0.9

Hi,
There may be some issue with the EVM or with your test setup so what I suggest is that you test the EVM over the full load and line range :

Section 6.2 of the User Guide shows the expected power factor over the rated load range.
Please check your test results for these conditions.
