Hi, I am looking to use this FET and want to ensure I get the footprint correct, but the BXL file is missing from the product page. Can someone provide me a link to the BXL file please?

Hello Slater79,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. I couldn't find a BXL file for the CSD25402Q3A either. I did find the BXL file for the CSD17551Q3A which is a N-channel FET in the same package with similar pin out (drain and source are swapped). It is contained in the attached .zip file. I checked both datasheets and the recommended PCB footprint is identical. You should be able to use this.
