LM36274: output capacity of charge pump and analysis

Part Number: LM36274

Hi,

As described in LM36274, charge pump is used for negative bias output. There are some questions for this application:

1.It is written that 80mA is the maximum output current value, but actually the measured vaule is much higher. Why set 80mA as the maximum value of neg bias output current? Please provide detailed analysis.

2.When I increase the LCM output voltage, maximum value of negative bias output current is also increased. Why this situation occurs? Please provide the detailed analysis.

3.What is trim current? What is the relationship between trim current and output current capacity? Why this relationship exists?

I wish to get this reply as soon as possible. Thanks!
